We all need to learn the challenges of shifting the culture in organizations and how to navigate those shifts with skill. How can you be a true ally in a shifting culture, and what does it look like to manage culture clash? We all want to be comfortable in our business routines, but real change stretches us beyond what feels safe. Join this session and learn how to ride the wave of cultural change.
Participants will:
- Better deal with uncertainty by reflecting on what history tells us about change.
- Learn how to use privilege in ways that enhance DEI efforts.
- Gain five keys to managing culture clash.
